This album was created as the Magic Band slowly disintegrated, and is not a favorite. Very little trace of the originality found in earlier albums remains, and a "commercial" feel pervades all the songs. However, by normal standards, this is not a bad album. It has a very mainstream sound, but it isn't bad as long as you are not expecting it to sound like his other work. Best as a purchase for completists or for people that only like his Clear Spot-era material.
